Returns Policy

We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. 

To make the return process as smooth and convenient as possible for you, we've enclosed a shipping label with your order. This means that if you wish to make a return, all you need to do is affix the label to the package and drop it off at any designated shipping location.

If for any reason you need to return your item(s), items must be returned within 60 days of purchase. Additionally to cover the shipping costs associated with processing returns, a nominal fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund. This fee ensures that we can continue to offer pre-paid shipping labels for returns, simplifying the process for our valued customers. 

In order to receive credit for any item you send back to us, it must be returned undamaged, unworn, and with the tags still on. Purchases of "Final Sale" merchandise are not eligible for returns.

How do I return my order?

We're all about making it easy, so we've enclosed a shipping label with your order. If you wish to return an order, or part of one, all you need to do is repackage your item(s), affix the label to the package and drop it off at any designated shipping location.

How will I be refunded?

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method 7-10 business days after the item is received. Look for a confirmation email when we’ve received the item.

I don't have a return label, how can I return my items?

There should be a return label in every package - just check your receipt!

If you can't find your return label, feel free to contact us and we'll be happy to send you a new one.

What is your exchange policy?

Exchanges can be requested within 60 calendar days after your order is received. If you are interested in an exchange, please contact us!

 We offer exchanges for:

    • Different sizes of items received

    • Replacements for damaged items


We do not offer exchanges for:

    • Different colors

    • Different styles
