Shipping
Log in and head to your order history page. There you can click the order number to pull up the details of your order, including delivery status and a clickable tracking number. A tracking number will not be assigned to your order until it has shipped from our fulfillment center.
Make sure you are logged in. Select your profile in the upper right-hand corner and hit “Addresses”. From there, you can edit an existing address or add a new address.
Make sure that any address changes are made before your order is placed. If you notice that the address is incorrect after your order has been placed, please contact us right away.
We use multiple carriers to ship out our orders. Orders are typically delivered to you by your local post office (USPS) or FedEx. We, unfortunately, can't select a specific carrier for delivery.
Please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@wantable.com for assistance with canceling an order. We cannot guarantee cancelation depending on the status of your order.
