Shipping

What are your shipping options?
  1. Standard Shipping: Expect your order in 3-4 business days. Free for orders over $75.
  2. Express Shipping: Need it ASAP? Get it in 1-2 business days.

Wantable currently ships exclusively within the United States, but stay tuned as we work toward expanding to more destinations.

What shipping carrier do you use?

We partner with trusted carriers like USPS and FedEx to get your order to you quickly and safely. While we can’t promise a specific carrier for your delivery, rest assured that your package is in good hands.

How do I cancel my order?

Please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@wantable.com for assistance with canceling an order as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate updates before your order ships.

Returns

How do I return my order?

We hope you love your purchase but if you don't, we're happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. 

To make the return process as smooth and convenient as possible for you, we've enclosed a shipping label with your order. This means that if you wish to make a return, all you need to do is affix the label to the package and drop it off at any designated shipping location. Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.

In order to receive credit for any item you send back to us, it must be returned undamaged, unworn, and with the tags still on. Purchases of "Final Sale" merchandise are not eligible for returns.

How much time do I have to return my items?

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to start a return or exchange.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. Keep an eye on your inbox for a confirmation email once we’ve processed your return.

I’m already a Wantable customer, can I login with my same information to shop?

Yes! You can use your same login credentials on our shop site. There is no need to create a new account.

How do I make an exchange?

Please reach out to our Customer Service team at hello@wantable.com for assistance with exchanging an item from your order.

Can Wantable credits be used on the Shop Site?

If you have Wantable credits, they can only be used on Edit orders and items kept from your Edit at this time.

Can Wantable gift cards be used on the Shop Site?

We do not offer gift cards for our Shop Site at this time. If you have a Wantable gift card, it can be used on Edit orders and any items kept from your Edit!

What if an item I want is out of stock?

Hit "notify me" to join sign up for restock alerts on the product page. You’ll be the first to know when it’s back!
